We are now capable of machining tungsten heavy alloy plates with a range of thickness from 3 mm to 50 mm or more. Tungsten heavy alloy plate contains tungsten content ranging from 90%-97% with small amounts of molybdenum, nickel, iron and copper elements. After the mixing, pressing and sintering process, Tungsten is alloyed with other metals beginning as a form of powders. 17.0-18.5g/cm3 density of tungsten heavy alloy is the most important industrial property.
