Above products are high density tungsten alloy rings, the dia we did before 30-250mm, thickness is range 10-350mm, the slot (cutting slot)is 0.4mm, cutting slot quantities are 30-50. The slots of the ring are outside dia and inner dia.
Hight denisty tungsten material has its unique porperties, high density, excellent wear resistance and good thermal conductivity. It usually used for various industies. such as in aerospace and defense, and counterweights in aircraft systems.
Here are some properties of the tungsten alloy rings, including material, density, UTS, YS, elongation and hardness, all products are produced by Xi'an Kefeng powder Metallurgy Co.. All are produced as per customer's drawings and proesses are controlled according to ISO-9001 requirement. Here are some standards were used by us, ASTM B777 Class 1, 2, 3 and 4. ASTM 7725, AMS-T-21014 CLASS 1,2,3,4. Of course, we usually do them higher properties than these standard.

Density: 17.6+/-0.1g/cc,
Hardness: around 25HRC.
UTS: 880Mpa Min,
YS: 716Mpa Min,
Elongation: 17%min.
Crush test: 50% no crack.
Surface: 1.6-3.2um.
Tolerance: as per requirements.
These good properties are higher than standards a lot, we supplied many these high properties parts to our customer every year.
