Product Description

Tungsten copper alloy is made from high-density tungsten and copper metals. There are two production processes for tungsten copper: one is the tungsten copper infiltration method, and the other is the tungsten copper mixing method. Usually, tungsten copper is the first method, which is the tungsten copper infiltration method.
Tungsten copper alloy uses fine tungsten and copper powder. The production process of tungsten copper alloy is a process of infiltrating copper into the tungsten framework through high-temperature sintering. Tungsten copper alloy can withstand nearly 2000 degrees Celsius high temperature and high stress, with high melting point, high hardness, good adhesion resistance, high surface smoothness of electroplated products, extremely high accuracy, and low loss.
Tungsten copper alloy has a wide range of applications, and the following is an introduction to its use in resistance welding electrodes.
Resistance welding electrode: Combining the advantages of tungsten and copper, it is resistant to high temperature, arc erosion, high strength, high specific weight, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, easy to cut and process, and has characteristics such as sweating cooling. Due to the high hardness, high melting point, and anti adhesion of tungsten, it is often used as a projection welding and butt welding electrode with certain wear resistance and high temperature resistance.
