With the remarkable properties, Tungsten is more pronounced than they are in molybdenum.  Tungsten has the highest melting point of all metals. It has the highest tensile strength of all metals at temperature above 1650 °C.  Tungsten has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, low vapor pressure at elevated temperatures, high dimensional stability, good creep behavior and an extremely high modulus of elasticity.  It is employed in operations in which the highest application temperatures are found especially as components in high temperature furnaces and as lamp components.

Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy is a professional Chinese tungsten plant.  Pure tungsten is a hard metal from steel gray to tin white, tungsten with high purity can be sawed by swaging, pure tungsten is very fragile and difficult to be machined. Shapes can be processed in foil, strip, sheet, plate, wire, rod, bar, tubing, blanks, crucibles as well as semi-finished & finished parts, customs sizes.

Pure tungsten can be very difficult to fabricate for its high hardness and low ductility.  It is a strong, hard, crack-sensitive metal that is usually brittle at room temperature. It requires special handling and skill beyond that
necessary from most metals and alloys.  The best method for machining that involves metal removal is EDM.

In general the pure tungsten products can be finished as: grinding, forming, joining, milling, riveting, spinning, stamping, and turning. 

Characteristics and features
The pure tungsten features the high melting point and density and low vapor pressure that offer exceptionally high strength and good electrical resistivity at very high temperatures.. Tungsten' high density gives it a capacity to absorb radioactive radiation.  It is widely used as a additives to steel to enhance physical properties and an alloywith nickel, copper and iron to provide high density machinable materials.
