Product Description

Tungsten nickel iron molybdenum alloy(90%W-4%Ni-4%Mo-2%Fe) is also one of the high density tungsten alloys produced by Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. This alloy material has a low coefficient of expansion, high thermal conductivity, high hardness and high density. Therefore, it is widely used in the pressing die casting mold industry and the anvil block field in the hot forging valve field.
Tungsten nickel iron molybdenum alloy is an alloy composed of tungsten as the matrix and a small amount of alloy elements such as nickel, iron, and molybdenum. It is produced by powder metallurgy, including mixing, screening, pressing, sintering, heat treatment, machining, and testing.
According to the thermal conductivity and high temperature performance of tungsten nickel iron molybdenum alloy materials, which maintain good performance at 1100 ºC, they are widely used in many industry field.

Tungsten nickel iron molybdenum alloy also called Anviloy.

Tungsten Nickel Iron Molybdenum Alloy (90%W-4%Ni-4%Mo-2%Fe)
Machining pure tungsten can be a significant manufacturing challenge. So it is generally alloyed with copper, nickel, and iron to form tungsten-heavy alloys (WHA). The first processing of WHA dates to the mid-1930s to replace lead in radiation shields.
