Product Description
Military tungsten alloy cube refers is made by a metal compression molding process. It has good physical and chemical properties. There are basically two series, W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu. It mainly contains 90%-97% tungsten, and the density can reach 16.85-18.8g/cm3. Nickel, iron, and copper act as a binder between tungsten particles, making the material malleable and workable. Compared with W-Ni-Cu, W-Ni-Fe has better mechanical properties and is widely used in the national defense industry. W alloy military cubes are part of the W-Ni-Fe series. Due to its high hardness and high-temperature resistance, it is now increasingly used in military defenses. We look forward to the opportunity to work with our customers and we'd like to create personalized specifications. Flexibility is our strength, and our mission is to meet customer needs.
Characteristics and features
The heavy tungsten alloy material possess the highest melting point of all metals and suitable for very high-temperature applications. It is also characterized by a uniquely low coefficient of thermal expansion and a very high level of dimensional stability.
- High temperature resistance
- High impact and crack resistance
- Shock and corrosion resistance
- Good modulus of elasticity and high hardness
Application
Kengfeng High Melting Points Hardness Tungsten Balance Weights For Aircraft, Helicopters And Instrumentation are compact products ideal for applications where space is at a premium. Based on tungsten heavy alloys (WHA) with density over 60% higher than lead, our balance weights empower us with small-form ballast for maximum weight in the smallest space. This allows for greater positioning flexibility and overall improvements in confined space utilization. Like the tungsten alloy cubes, they are small volume with high density, so it can be used in some fields needing the little but heavy parts, like the counter weights of golf club, pinewood derby car, aircraft, helicopter, vehicle, boat and yacht, especially in precision instrument fields: mobile phone vibrator, clock cube, self-winding watches, anti-vibration toll holders, flywheel weights.
