Product Description

Today we welcome the supervision and audit of ISO9001-2015. On April 9, 2014, Teacher Liu, the supervisor and auditor, arrived at the factory of Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. as scheduled. The first meeting began at 8:30 am, announcing the audit rules and the content of this audit. All employees of Kefeng Company actively cooperated with this audit activity, and the audit was successfully completed at 6 pm in the afternoon.
Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. mainly produces high density tungsten alloy products. The company was established in 1999 and passed ISO9001 certification for the first time in 2004. It has been 20 years since then.
The high density tungsten alloy produced by Kefeng Company is widely used in various industries, such as healthcare, automotive, oil and gas, aerospace, electronics, etc. Below, I will mainly introduce the application of tungsten alloy counterweights:
The advantages of using tungsten alloy as a counterweight:
Compared to lead materials, high density tungsten alloy counterweights are more popular because tungsten alloy materials are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, replacing toxic and environmentally harmful products. Compared with steel, tungsten alloy has higher hardness and higher density, and tungsten is 30% ahead of similar products. Meanwhile, compared to traditional lead, tungsten alloys weigh twice as much and can maintain their shape for a long time. Tungsten alloy can also be used for other parts of fishing gear production, such as linear cutting of tungsten alloy.
1. Tungsten alloy products have high density: Adding tungsten alloy counterweights to the car can reduce space and maintain high performance of the racing car during operation, providing a controllable system for the car and ensuring its stability.
2. Tungsten alloy materials have high tensile strength and hardness: due to the high tensile strength and hardness of tungsten alloys, they are not easily deformed, have stable chemical properties, and are resistant to corrosion, so they are usually used in racing cars.
3. Tungsten alloy is easy to process: Due to the high density tungsten alloy material being easy to process, it can be processed according to different design needs, providing designers with a larger space for design.
