Product Description
Tungsten Nickel Iron (W-Ni-Fe) High Density Alloy Machined Parts are made by a metal compression molding process. It has good physical and chemical properties. There are basically two series, W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu. It mainly contains 90%-97% tungsten and the density can reach 16.85-18.8g/cm3. Nickel, iron, and copper act as a binder between tungsten particles, making the material malleable and workable. Compared with W-Ni-Cu, W-Ni-Fe has better mechanical properties and is widely used in the national defense industry. W alloy military cubes are part of the W-Ni-Fe series. Due to its high hardness and high-temperature resistance, it is now increasingly used in military defenses.
