The high-precision tungsten alloy gyroscope rotor produced by Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. is widely used in the automatic control system of flight motion. Compared to gyroscope rotors made of lead, iron, or steel materials, tungsten based alloy rotors not only have a larger weight, but also have excellent performance such as longer service life, stronger oxidation resistance, better corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, which is conducive to further expanding the range of use of gyroscopes
According to different purposes, it can be divided into sensing gyroscopes and indicating gyroscopes. Sensing gyroscopes are used in automatic control systems for flight motion, serving as horizontal, vertical, pitch, heading, and angular velocity sensors; Indicating gyroscopes are mainly used for indicating flight status, as driving and navigation instruments.
