The application of high-density tungsten copper alloy: High density tungsten copper has a wide range of uses, mainly used to manufacture high-voltage electrical switch contacts and high-temperature components such as rocket nozzle throat liners and tail rudders that are resistant to arc erosion. It is also used as electrodes for electrical processing, high-temperature molds, and other occasions that require electrical conductivity and high-temperature performance.
Tungsten copper alloy is used as a resistance welding motor: it has high density, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, erosion resistance, mild high temperature resistance, easy processing and other properties. Tungsten also has the characteristics of high hardness and melting point, so tungsten copper alloys are usually used for high temperature resistant projection welding and butt welding electrodes.
Tungsten copper alloy can also be used as an electric spark electrode: when molds made of tungsten steel and high-temperature resistant superhard alloys require electrical corrosion, ordinary electrodes have high wear and slow speed. And tungsten copper has a high corrosion rate and low loss rate.
Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. specializes in producing high-density tungsten alloy products, including tungsten copper alloy, 90-97% tungsten nickel iron, tungsten nickel copper, and tungsten nickel iron molybdenum. Tungsten copper alloy is one of our main products.
Our company produces tungsten copper alloys in accordance with the ASTM B702 standard. Depending on customer needs, some products may have higher performance than the ASTM B702 standard.
