Kefeng's Tungsten Balance Weights (Tungsten Counterbalances or Tungsten Counterweights) are made from the tungsten heavy alloy, it can be used to compensate for oscillations, weight transfers, imbalances and vibrations, create or shift centers of gravity and more generally ensure the optimum balance. Our tungsten weights can be made by WNiFe and WNiCu tungsten alloys and we supply tungsten balance weights, counterbalances and ballasts as per your drawing. Tungsten balance weights are crucial components in many different applications and help to reduce the loads that parts are exposed to and consequently increase their service life:
Tungsten Nickel Copper Alloy (WNiCu Alloy) Properties:
Thanks to these advantages, they are widely used in various fields including sports, industry and medicine etc. The most common high density Tungsten alloys are16.85~18.85g/cc for W-Ni-Fe alloy and W-Ni-Cu alloy. We are capable in producing different kinds of tungsten heavy alloy products, we can also manufacture them according to clients' specifications.
Physical and mechanical properties of W-Ni-Cu Alloys:
Tungsten High Density Alloys
Tungsten-based alloy materials are outstanding due to their high density and exceptional mechanical properties characterized by ductility and hardness and whose high density is equaled only by gold, platinum, and a few other rare and expensive metals. Tungsten alloys are exceptional for applications were maximum concentrated weight is required in the smallest possible space. The addition of chemical elements such as nickel, copper, and iron, creates a family of tungsten alloys with extremely useful properties for machining. These alloys are economically fabricated by powder metallurgy techniques and are routinely machined by conventional methods. Tungsten alloys can be well processed both as semi-finished product for further processing by the customer or as per the customers' drawings as finished machined component. To meet the specific application of our customers we recommend the delivery of the finished machined product.
