Product Description
Equipped with productive tungsten plate factory, Xi'an Kefeng Powder Metallurgy is a professional Chinese tungsten plate, tungsten sheet manufacturer.  Pure tungsten is a hard metal from steel gray to tin white, tungsten with high purity can be sawed by swaging, pure tungsten is very fragile and difficult to be machined.

Our tungsten foil is produced by cold rolling the tungsten sheet to a lower thickness and those stamped and drawn foils are very suitable to use in the applications of high temperature vacuum furnace, coating, electronic and semiconductor components. Tungsten foil is used to make heat shielding, heating element and carrier of the vacuum furnace, because tungsten foils process a high heat resistance in the high temperature environment.

Properties
Tungsten plate and sheet are flat rolled, appropriately heat treated and completely inspected. Our specialized know-how and skilled engineers are the guarantee to match every technical detail as regard to your high quality demands. We are well equipped with advanced testing facilities for inspection of composition, tensile strength, size tolerance, flatness, surface condition, density, grain size, micro-structure and hardness. All these strengths ensure a good machining for our tungsten plate and sheet, even this material is kind of brittle.  The pure tungsten 99.95%W corrosion resistance performance is very excellent and outstanding, and most inorganic acids have little erosion. A protective oxide is formed on the surface of the air, but it is completely oxidized at high temperatures. 

Besides thanks to its unique tungsten characteristics, the foil owns an extremely Low Vapor Pressure and a high melting point so that it is ideally served for coating application as the evaporation boat. so the ideal material for semiconductor needs to have a Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion and Low Electrical Resistivity. 

Application
Kefeng's pure tungsten sheets and plates with ASTM B760 usually are used to processing the parts of shielding, target and partition to avoid the radiation.  It can be found in areas of aerospace parts, medical, oil and gas and other high technology fields.
